Welcome to the Norseville Web site
Norseville is a small community that was established in 1925 by Norwegian immigrants from Brooklyn. Many
of the ancestors of these original settlers still remain in Norseville today. Norseville is a community that cherishes
tradition and has continued to keep the traditions alive. The annual Lapskaus dinner is an example of this. The
neighborhood is one of the few close knit communities left in America. You can not visit Norseville without feeling
the warmth of the people. This is a neighborhood where everyone knows everyone and helps each other
Well if you ask me where I come from, Here's what I tell
everyone, I was born by God's Dear Grace, in an extra ordinary place- Norseville!
